"Apartment is well planned, nice comfort and was very tidy and well cleaned. View from balcony is great! Air conditioning working fine, BUT is placed in the living room, so it doesn't really reach all the way to the bed room. Pool area is fantastic, but very crowded. If you wants to some peace and quiet, need to be there 9-11 am. Sunbeds cost extra, which we did not expect. However a lot cheeper than on the beach. You can order fresh baguetts for the next morning. There is also a minimarket where you order online and get deliverance to the apartment or the pool (it's services is closed between 1:30-5:30)."

"Wifi in the apartment is really bad - if marketed as "free wifi" I expect it to be well functioning these days. Turned out, after having booked, that you could pay extra to get a better wifi, don't think that's a nice way of doing it. Check In/getting keys - lots of alternatives, but most of them cost extra. Since we didn't have a car, we had to do some planning to make it work without extra charge. The area is very much uphill from the beach/city, so we used Uber/Bolt to get around."

"Excellent parking thanks to the underground garage, which is thoughtfully divided into sectors and close to your room. The pool area is just as shown in the photos. The room is good and matches the pictures. The view from the room's terrace overlooking the Cannes bay is a special bonus."

"Everything was good. Picked up the keys a bit earlier than expected - with a small charge. Didn't have to go back to the office with the keys after checking out, which is great when you have a 22 hour drive in front of you. Pool area perfect, apartment perfect, the view... brilliant!"

"A shame restaurant is closed, and the desk at the pool only offers limited things. Location is a bit far away from restaurant and shoping area. Not walking distance."
